WOW!!!


I really can do this!!! I have lost 92.2 lbs! This is so surreal to me. The changes, not just physical but mental are amazing. I have learned what food is to me. Food should be fuel not pleasure. I eat completely to nourish my body. I get at least 60 grams of protein a day. I usually intake around 800-1000 calories a day. Sometimes its hard for me to get 800 calories in. When you dramatically change the portion and type of food you eat, its hard to get in calories. I don't eat white carbs or refined sugar at all. I will occasionally eat some whole wheat or try to get my fiber in with complex carbs. My diet consist mainly of raw and cooked veggies along with lean proteins( chicken, fish, and some red meat). I also eat tofu and meat substitutes for the protein. I also drink one protein shake a day with 30 grams of whey protein.

I admit lately with the weather i have been slack on the exercise. I was walking and doing a dvd inside. I plan on buying a Wii fit within the week. My sister has one and i love it!!

I know gastric bypass was the tool that I needed!! It saved my life!! I still want to lose another 150lbs, and i know i can do it!! I thank God for the strength!!
